Happy Birthday AMG!

Two years ago, AMG existed as an idea. Today, it’s a coaching business and community that Adam is incredibly proud to have built.

Since launching AMG, there have been thousands of coaching sessions, early mornings, late check-ins, hours of additional learning, plenty of coffees, loads of laughs and a few tears along the way too.

Most importantly, there have been the clients.

Over the last two years, Adam has watched people become stronger, healthier and more confident, achieving things they genuinely didn’t think were possible when they first started.

Along the way, AMG has grown too. Client Days, collaborations with brilliant local businesses and an ever-growing community have all become part of what AMG represents.

It hasn’t all been straightforward. There have been mistakes, long days, lessons learned and plenty of things Adam would probably do differently now - but that’s part of building something you care about.

A huge thank you to every client who has trusted AMG with their health, confidence and goals, and to the mentors, friends, family and businesses who have supported the journey so far.

Two years in. Thousands of sessions delivered. A fair few lives changed. And it still feels like we’re only getting started.
