Honeymoon Weight Challenge!

While Adam was away enjoying a well-earned two-week honeymoon in the Maldives, the AMG clients had a different challenge on their hands - guessing how much holiday weight he’d come back with.

The guesses ranged widely, with some very optimistic estimates and others going all the way up to 15kg. After two weeks of sunshine, good food and total relaxation, the final figure came in at 7.9kg.

The closest guess belonged to Clare, who predicted 7.8kg - just 0.1kg off. A very impressive effort, and a well-deserved win. Clare took home a £20 Green Bowl voucher as her prize.

Most importantly, it’s safe to say Adam clearly had a great honeymoon - and the coaching community enjoyed following along from home.
