AMG Specialised Coaching continues to grow - and with growth comes the responsibility to maintain the standards that define the brand.

We’re pleased to officially welcome Harvey to the team as AMG’s new Physique Coach.

Harvey brings a methodical, detail-driven approach to muscle development and body composition. His coaching centres on structured progression, intelligent programming and a commitment to measurable results - principles that align closely with the AMG philosophy.

Before joining the team, Harvey has demonstrated a strong understanding of technical execution, training structure and client accountability. Now operating within AMG’s mentorship framework, he will work closely alongside Adam to ensure every programme reflects the brand’s commitment to precision and client outcomes.
